Position: Senior Travel Sales Consultant – UK Process

Location: Gurgaon, Sector 44, Near HUDA Metro Station

Experience: 3+ Years in the UK Travel Sales Process

Salary: Best in town plus excellent incentives

Shift timings: UK Shift timings, 6 days working Role Description

We are looking for a hardcore Travel Sales consultant with a good understanding of fares who can think "out of the box" and is an expert in Reservations, Fares, routing, PNR Creation, etc. This is a full time in office role, and you will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with sales specifically for the UK market. We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented person with rich experience in the hard-core Travel industry.

Eligibility Criteria

3-10 years of hardcore sales experience in the UK Travel sector - Air Flights only.

Only B2C (Voice Process).





Confidently taking and handling calls from UK clients and offering them the best available deals and converting them to Sales.

Meeting and overachieving their targets while maintaining call quality and accuracy.

Need to assertively handle all calls and keep a strong track of follow-ups Advising clients of the best solutions to their requirements.

Generating new and repeat sales.

Upselling and adding on ancillary products.

GDS Amadeus knowledge is a must, with Airport codes.

Excellent USA Geographical knowledge.

Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks.

Exceptional Sales & Convincing Skills.

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
