Youll take ownership of creative projects, guide junior designers, collaborate with strategy/content teams, and ensure every output reflects clarity, consistency, and solid design thinking.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strong visual concepts for branding, digital creatives, packaging, and campaigns.
- Lead design execution from concept to delivery with high attention to detail.
- Collaborate with content, marketing, and strategy teams to build cohesive outputs.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain brand guidelines and ensure visual consistency across all platforms.
- Participate in brainstorming, pitch discussions,
and creative strategy.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Design/Visual Communication.
- 35 years of proven studio/agency experience.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite + working knowledge of Figma.
- Strong storytelling, system thinking, typography, and layout skills.
- A portfolio that demonstrates branding + digital expertise.
