Role Description The Business Unit Head – Products will lead the product business unit, overseeing strategic planning, portfolio management, and commercial performance for process equipment solutions. This full-time, in office role in the Greater Hyderabad Area includes defining product roadmaps, driving new product development, and aligning offerings with market needs in pharmaceutical, chemical, and food processing sectors.

The role involves collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, sales, and service teams to ensure product quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery,



while maintaining compliance with international standards.

The Business Unit

Head will analyze market trends, set pricing and positioning strategies, develop branding initiatives, and support key customer engagements. Ongoing responsibilities include monitoring KPIs, optimizing operations, managing budgets, and building and mentoring a high-performing cross-functional team.

Qualifications

- Strong visual communication capabilities, including Graphics and Graphic Design skills.
- Demonstrated experience in Logo Design and Branding to support product and business unit positioning.
- Proficiency in Typography for clear, consistent, and professional visual identity across materials.
- Proven leadership experience managing product lines or business units in industrial equipment or related sectors.
- Ability to develop and execute product strategies, roadmaps, and go-to-market plans.
- Excellent analytical, commercial, and decision-making skills, with experience in P&L; management.
- Effective stakeholder management and collaboration skills across engineering, sales, marketing, and operations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; a relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, or food processing equipment markets and familiarity with international quality standards is highly beneficial.
