Notice Period- Immediate Joiner • We are looking for a GEO Specialist to lead the implementation and optimization of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and AI-search readiness initiatives across client’s global digital ecosystem. The role will focus on improving AI discoverability, crawlability, structured data implementation, content visibility, and machine-readable experiences for AI-powered search platforms • Key Responsibilities • Conduct GEO/AEO assessments and identify opportunities to improve AI visibility and discoverability.

- Define and implement structured data (JSON-LD), metadata, sitemap, and crawlability strategies.
- Perform technical audits and provide recommendations to improve AI-search readiness.
- Collaborate with AEM, SEO, Content, QA,



and Development teams to implement GEO best practices.
- Monitor AI search performance, citations, indexing, and visibility metrics.
- Support global rollout of GEO standards across multiple markets and websites.

Required Skills • Robust experience in Technical SEO and website optimisation.

- Good understanding of AI Search, GEO, AEO, crawlability, indexing, and structured data.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, Google Search Console, and analytics platforms.
- Knowledge of Schema.org, JSON-LD, sitemap management, and metadata optimization.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Preferred Skills • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Experience supporting multi-market/global website implementations.
- Exposure to healthcare or regulated industry environments.
