- We are looking for a GEO Specialist to lead the implementation and optimization of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and AI-search readiness initiatives across client’s global digital ecosystem. The role will focus on improving AI discoverability, crawlability, structured data implementation, content visibility, and machine-readable experiences for AI-powered search platforms
- Key Responsibilities • Conduct GEO/AEO assessments and identify opportunities to improve AI visibility and discoverability. • Define and implement structured data (JSON-LD), metadata, sitemap, and crawlability strategies. • Perform technical audits and provide recommendations to improve AI-search readiness. • Collaborate with AEM, SEO, Content, QA,



and Development teams to implement GEO best practices. • Monitor AI search performance, citations, indexing, and visibility metrics. • Support global rollout of GEO standards across multiple markets and websites. Required Skills • Strong experience in Technical SEO and website optimisation. • Good understanding of AI Search, GEO, AEO, crawlability, indexing, and structured data. • Hands-on experience with tools such as Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, Google Search Console, and analytics platforms. • Knowledge of Schema.org, JSON-LD, sitemap management, and metadata optimization. • Robust analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Preferred Skills • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). • Experience supporting multi-market/global website implementations. • Exposure to healthcare or regulated industry environments.
