Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Generative AI and Agentic AI Engineer role based in Gurugram. The individual in this role will design, build, and deploy advanced generative AI and agentic AI solutions that support Thinkwires’ talent supply chain and technology staffing offerings.

Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and fine-tuning AI models, integrating LLMs and autonomous agents into production systems, collaborating with product and business teams to understand requirements, and translating them into scalable AI architectures. The role involves building data pipelines for training and evaluation, implementing robust monitoring and observability for AI services, and ensuring model reliability, security, and compliance.



The engineer will also mentor team members, contribute to technical strategy, and stay current with emerging AI research and tools to continuously improve Thinkwires’ AI capabilities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust skills in designing and implementing generative AI solutions, including experience with large language models (LLMs), diffusion or transformer-based architectures, and prompt engineering.
- Candidates should possess skills in agentic AI and autonomous systems, such as building multi-agent workflows, orchestration frameworks, tool-using agents, and reinforcement or planning-based approaches.
- Candidates should possess solid software engineering skills, including proficiency in Python (and ideally one additional language such as Java or Go), API development, microservices, and version control using Git.
- Candidates should possess experience with data engineering and ML pipelines, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and MLOps practices.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with cloud and infrastructure tools, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, containerization (Docker), and orchestration frameworks (Kubernetes or similar).
- Candidates should possess competency with ML and deep learning frameworks, such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, or Hugging Face ecosystems, and experience integrating pre-trained models into production.
