Roles & responsibilities

Being a part of KPMG Product Business Partnering team, the candidate will be part of design & develop and deployment of various solutions in the Data & Analytics supporting manager in D&A; The Product team member will be responsible for supporting the delivery and continuous improvement of application capabilities within the Data & Analytics Portfolio, bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution by managing requirements, coordinating the product development lifecycle, and ensuring alignment across stakeholders.

Collaborate with the Application Owner/ Product manager and scrum master to manage and prioritize the product backlog, incorporating feedback from stakeholders

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable user stories

Actively participate by leading or contributing to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily standups

Ensure build teams have clarity on sprint goals, user stories, and task expectations, and provide timely feedback throughout the sprint cycle

Maintain open communication between business stakeholders and the build team

Support testing efforts by aligning test plans with requirements and participating in validation activities to ensure quality and completeness

Spearhead the project progress as per the schedule and support product manager through out the SDLC process

Prepare required documentation and ensure compliance with frameworks

Create or update guidance and training materials to support adoption and knowledge transfer

Assist in resolving product issues, drafting defects and release notes, and incorporating feedback to enhance product functionality and user experience

Mandatory technical & functional skills

Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and agile methodology

Technical and Business Acumen, especially in D&A; domain supporting audit

Drives Collaboration and Inclusion.

An auditor mindset with technology focused along with product mindset

Strong communication skills to clearly articulate and interact with SAT/DPP.

Qualifications

This role is for you if you have the below

Educational qualifications

MBA with audit analytics experience/ D&A; product management experience;

MBA from League-A colleges is preferred

Work experience

4-6 years of relevant work experience
