- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in backend/full stack development
- Strong hands-on expertise in:
Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture
- Experience in full stack development (React or Angular)
- Strong understanding of system design and scalable architecture
- Experience building APIs and handling system integrations
- Knowledge of high-volume data or media processing systems
- Strong debugging, performance tuning, and optimization skills
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Robust problem-solving and ownership mindset
Key Responsibilities*
- Design and develop scalable microservices using Java and Spring
- Develop end-to-end features including backend services and frontend integration
- Build and maintain robust APIs for web and mobile applications
- Optimize performance across backend systems, APIs, and frontend layers
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across the stack
- Ensure system scalability, reliability, and maintainability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, QA, frontend, mobile)
- Participate in Agile practices like sprint planning and retrospectives
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Follow coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure clean architecture
- Take ownership of technical decisions and delivery outcomes
- Support mentoring and knowledge sharing within the team
- Drive improvements in engineering practices and processes
