What you'll do

- - Design, build, and ship full-stack features across React, Vue, Angular, Node.js, Python, Java, .NET, Ruby on Rails, and more

- - Take ownership of entire product surfaces — frontend, backend, infra

- - Pair with designers from day one; treat UX as a first-class concern

- - Write thoughtful tests, code reviews, and documentation

- - Mentor junior engineers across the network

- - Contribute to architecture decisions and engineering culture

What we look for

- - 4+ years building production web applications

- - Strong fluency in at least one contemporary frontend (React, Vue, Angular) and backend (Node.js, Python, Java, .NET, Ruby)

- - Solid database skills across SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis)

- - Comfortable with cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP) and CI/CD

- - Excellent written communication — async-friendly

- - Track record of shipping — bonus points for personal projects

Nice to have

- - Experience with Next.js, GraphQL, gRPC, tRPC, or Spring Boot

- - Background in early-stage startups or agencies

- - Open-source contributions

- - AI/LLM application experience
