Take ownership of entire product surfaces — frontend, backend, infra

Write thoughtful tests, code reviews, and documentation

Mentor junior engineers across the network

Contribute to architecture decisions and engineering culture What we look for 4+ years building production web applications

Strong fluency in at least one up-to-date frontend (React, Vue, Angular) and backend (Node.js, Python, Java, .NET, Ruby)

Solid database skills across SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis)

Comfortable with cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP) and CI/CD

Excellent written communication — async-friendly

Track record of shipping — bonus points for personal projects Nice to have Experience with Next.js, GraphQL, gRPC, tRPC, or Spring Boot

Background in early-stage startups or agencies

Open-source contributions
