About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer with 5+ years of professional experience in designing, building, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate has strong expertise across backend and frontend development, a deep understanding of distributed systems, and hands-on Linux administration experience.

You will work closely with product managers, architects, DevOps engineers, and designers to build secure, high-performance SaaS applications. You should be comfortable owning features end-to-end—from system design and backend development to frontend implementation and deployment.

Experience with AI technologies is a plus, but not a mandatory requirement.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Go, Python, and React.

Architect and build secure, high-performance backend services and RESTful APIs.

Develop responsive, intuitive, and high-quality user interfaces using React.

Participate in software architecture and technical design discussions.

Build microservices and distributed systems that are scalable, reliable, and maintainable.

Optimize application performance across frontend, backend, and database layers.

Write clean, reusable, well-tested, and well-documented code following engineering best practices.

Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.

Collaborate with DevOps teams to deploy, monitor, and maintain applications.

Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers.





Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software on schedule.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

5+ years of professional software development experience.

Strong backend development experience using Go and Python.

Strong frontend development experience using React and contemporary JavaScript/TypeScript.

Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and object-oriented programming principles.

Experience building scalable RESTful APIs and microservices.

Strong understanding of distributed systems and scalable application architecture.

Hands-on experience with Linux environments, including shell scripting, process management, networking basics, system monitoring, and performance troubleshooting.

Strong knowledge of SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis, or similar).

Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.

Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, API security, and secure coding practices.

Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP),



or Microsoft Azure.

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Google Pub/Sub.

Knowledge of caching technologies such as Redis.

Experience with observability tools, including logging, monitoring, tracing, and performance profiling.

Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform is an advantage.

AI Experience (Preferred)

While not mandatory, experience with AI technologies will be considered an advantage.

Exposure to Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).

Experience integrating applications with AI services or LLM APIs.

Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar.

Basic understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, prompt engineering, or AI agent frameworks is desirable.
