About the Team

Our core network service automation platform (Angular / Spring Boot / JHipster), private LTE/CBRS systems, Linux fleet automation, and emerging LLM-powered tooling. We work close to the metal: real network configs, real APIs, real production data.

We're hiring a senior, self-driven full stack developer who can own meaningful pieces of the platform end-to-end with minimal oversight.

What You'll Do

- Design, build, and maintain full stack features across an Angular front-end and Java/Python/Spring/ Boot back-end
- Own features end-to-end — from requirements through design, implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring
- Work directly with raw data sources (REST APIs, XML/JSON configs, logs) to build accurate, production-grade tooling
- Collaborate with network engineering, DevOps, and product stakeholders to translate operational needs into software
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions
- Improve CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and observability
- Diagnose and resolve production issues independently
- Mentor other engineers and help raise the team's technical bar
- Document architecture decisions clearly for a distributed team

Required Qualifications

- 10+ years of professional full stack software development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Angular (modern versions) and TypeScript
- Strong backend experience with Java and Spring Boot
- Solid understanding of REST API design , relational databases, and SQL




- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
- Proficiency with Git and up-to-date CI/CD pipelines
- Strong debugging skills — comfortable working directly with logs, API payloads, and raw data rather than relying on abstractions
- Proven track record working independently and remotely — this role requires someone who is genuinely self-driven and doesn't need close supervision

Nice to Have

- Experience with JHipster
- Exposure to telecom, network engineering, or other infrastructure-heavy domains
- Experience with Python for tooling/automation
- Working knowledge of Node.js (mixed-stack environments)
- Experience integrating LLM/AI tooling into internal applications
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
