About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior UI Developer with solid expertise in modern frontend technologies and backend development using Node.js. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building scalable, high-performance enterprise applications and be capable of leading technical initiatives from design through production.

This role requires close collaboration with client architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams while mentoring developers and driving engineering excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop scalable, responsive, and reusable frontend applications using React.js and TypeScript.
- Build robust backend services using Node.js and GraphQL technologies.
- Develop reusable UI components and establish best practices for component architecture.
- Design and optimize GraphQL APIs for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Integrate frontend applications with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Implement authentication and authorization using OAuth2 and Keycloak.
- Integrate cloud services such as AWS S3 for file storage and management.
- Implement caching strategies using Redis to improve application performance.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
- Write automated tests using Playwright and ensure high code quality.
- Perform code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide effective debugging and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders, architects, product owners, and Agile teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Participate in system design discussions and contribute to scalable application architecture.

- Experience conducting technical code reviews and mentoring engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of software engineering best practices and design patterns.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work directly with clients, architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams.
- Experience leading Agile/Scrum teams and driving end-to-end technical delivery.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience working on enterprise-scale web applications.
- Exposure to cloud-native architectures and modern frontend ecosystems.
- Experience working in client-facing consulting or product engineering environments.
