Senior Forward Deployed Engineer with 3–5 years of experience to join our growing GenAI team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Python, experience with contemporary backend frameworks, and an interest in Generative AI applications. This role offers hands-on exposure to prompt engineering, AI integrations, and building scalable backend systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using Python frameworks (Flask, FastAPI, Django, or similar)
- Work on integrations with APIs, databases, and external services
- Write effective prompts and work with Generative AI models for real-world use cases
- Build and maintain systems using MongoDB and Redis for storage, caching, and workflow orchestration
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to deploy LLM-powered applications
- Debug, optimize,
and ensure reliability and scalability of backend systems
- Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of professional experience in Python development
- Familiarity with backend frameworks such as Flask, FastAPI, Django
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB and Redis
- Basic understanding of Generative AI concepts and working with LLMs
- Experience writing prompts for AI models and integrating them into applications
- Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and asynchronous programming in Python
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new technologies, and work in a collaborative environment
