Role Description The Senior Finance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in West Delhi. This role is responsible for overseeing financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance reporting to support strategic decision-making.

The Senior Finance

Manager will manage accounting operations such as general ledger oversight, month-end and year-end closing, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring cash flow, managing cost controls, reviewing financial statements, and coordinating with internal stakeholders on pricing, capital expenditures, and inventory-related financial matters. The role also involves leading and mentoring the finance team,



implementing process improvements, and partnering with leadership to support growth and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess solid skills in financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.

Candidates should possess accounting and compliance skills, such as general ledger management, financial reporting, and knowledge of relevant accounting standards and tax regulations.

Candidates should possess skills in cost management and business partnering, including cost analysis, inventory and margin monitoring, and collaboration with operations and leadership teams.

Candidates should possess leadership and communication skills, including team management, stakeholder communication, and the ability to present financial insights clearly to non-finance audiences.

Candidates should possess proficiency with financial software and tools, such as ERP systems, advanced Excel, and data analysis or reporting tools.

Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications such as CA, CMA, CPA, or MBA in Finance are preferred.

Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting, familiarity with inventory and cost accounting, and a track record in senior finance roles will be highly beneficial.
