We are looking for an experienced Senior Finance Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, reconciliations, MIS reporting, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have solid accounting knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and hands-on experience with ERP/accounting software.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate and complete accounting records, including Journal Entries, General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Bank Reconciliations, and Ledger Maintenance.

- Prepare Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Financial Statements, including Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement, in accordance with applicable accounting standards.

- Perform timely reconciliation of Bank Accounts, Customer Accounts, Supplier Accounts, and Intercompany Balances, and resolve discrepancies promptly.

- Prepare MIS Reports, Financial Reports, Budget Analysis, and Performance Reports to support management decision-making.

- Utilize Advanced Microsoft Excel functions such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Charts, Data Analysis, and Reporting Tools to improve reporting efficiency.





- Ensure compliance with GST/VAT, Corporate Tax, Statutory Requirements, Internal Financial Controls, and Company Policies, while maintaining proper documentation and audit-ready records.

- Coordinate with auditors and support internal and external audit activities.

- Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing activities.

Required Skills

- 47 years of relevant experience in Accounting & Finance.

- CA Inter candidates are preferred.

- Strong knowledge of Bookkeeping, Financial Accounting, General Ledger, Financial Statements, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Reconciliation, and MIS Reporting.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Charts, Data Analysis).

- Hands-on experience with accounting/ERP software such as Tally ERP, Odoo, SAP, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.

- Good understanding of GST/VAT, Taxation, Corporate Tax, Financial Reporting, and Audit Compliance.

- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
