About The Role We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting for CapEx, technology-related OpEx, personnel expense, and professional fees. This individual contributor role will partner with business and technology teams to deliver clear financial analysis, with responsibility for maintaining staffing plan inputs, open position tracking, attrition assumptions, contract worker costs, and consulting spend analysis.

Key Responsibilities Support budgeting and forecasting for CapEx, technology-related OpEx, personnel expense, and professional fees.

Maintain staffing budget inputs, open position tracking, hiring assumptions, attrition impacts,



contract worker costs, and consulting spend analysis.

Perform variance analysis, update financial models, and prepare commentary on key drivers of financial performance.

Support month-end and quarter-end close, reporting, reconciliations, and accruals.

Partner with business and technology contacts to validate assumptions and improve forecast inputs.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

2–4 years of financial analysis experience, preferably with CapEx, OpEx, personnel expense, or professional fees exposure.

Strong Excel skills.

Basic understanding of GAAP accounting principles in a SaaS or technology environment.

Preferred

Knowledge of technology cost elements.

Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).

Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, Tableau, or similar planning and reporting tools.
