- Prepare pre-shipment custom documents for export shipments and coordinate with the respective CHA.

- Prepare bank documents for different countries as per their requirements and provide the required set of documents to the customer/demand planner.

- Submit air/sea freight quotes on the Gocomet platform.

- Possess SAP knowledge related to all export activities, including export order entries, billing, etc.

- Coordinate with factory/CHA/forwarders/transporters for export-related activities.

- Scrutinize all export-related invoices and prepare them for payment via the FSSC workflow.

- Submit online applications for the Certificate of Origin via the DGFT site.

- Update the export flow of shipments and documentation on a regular basis.

- Have knowledge of Advance License Obligation, Duty Drawback, and other export incentive schemes.
