Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of inside sales executives to achieve monthly targets through effective cold calling, outbound sales, and telesales strategies.

- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals.

- Identify new opportunities by researching potential customers and developing targeted pitches for products or services.

- Analyze sales data to optimize performance metrics such as conversion rates, average order value, and customer acquisition costs.

Job Requirements :

- 1-4 years of experience in B2C e-commerce industry with a focus on inside sales or similar roles.

- Proven track record of achieving high levels of success in cold calling, outbound sales, and telesales environments.

- Robust understanding of digital marketing principles including social media platforms (Facebook Ads Manager) for lead generation purposes.
