Role Description The Senior Executive Human Resources is responsible for overseeing core HR functions, including HR operations, employee relations, and policy implementation to support a high-performance culture. This full-time role is based in Gwalior. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing end-to-end HR processes, maintaining HR records and compliance, coordinating recruitment and onboarding, and supporting performance management and employee development initiatives.

The role also involves administering HR policies, handling employee queries and grievances, driving engagement activities, and collaborating with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.

Executive will contribute to continuous improvement of HR practices and support a professional, inclusive, and ethical workplace.

Qualifications

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior HR Executive with hands-on expertise in Core HR Operations and Statutory Compliance . The ideal candidate should have practical experience in HR compliance, PF & ESIC administration, employee documentation, and HR operations. Candidates with experience limited to recruitment or talent acquisition are not eligible for this role.

Key Requirements

- MBA in Human Resources (Mandatory)
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in Core HR
- Hands-on experience in PF & ESIC administration
- Robust knowledge of Labour Laws, HR Compliance, and Statutory Requirements
- Experience in maintaining employee records, HR documentation, and HR policies
- Good understanding of end-to-end HR operations and compliance processes
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills

- Candidates with experience only in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition should not apply
