Qualification
- M.Sc. Analytical Chemistry
Experience
- Minimum 10-12 Years of experience in Pharmaceutical Quality Control / Analytical Laboratory / Public Testing Laboratory.
- Experience in NABL Accredited Laboratory will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform testing of Pharmaceutical, API, Nutraceutical, Cosmetic and Chemical samples.
- Handle and operate analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV-Visible Spectrophotometer, Dissolution and other laboratory instruments.
- Perform Assay, Related Substances, Dissolution, Identification, Impurities, pH and other analytical tests.
- Conduct Raw Material, Finished Product and Stability sample testing.
- Prepare and review SOPs, STPs, Specifications, Test Reports and COAs.
- Experience in Method Validation, Method Verification and Method Transfer.
- Handle OOS, OOT, Deviations and Laboratory Investigations.
- Ensure compliance with GLP, GMP, GDP and Data Integrity requirements.
- Coordinate instrument calibration, qualification and maintenance.
- Review analytical results, calculations and laboratory documentation.
- Provide technical guidance and training to Junior Executives, Officers and Trainees.
- Ensure timely completion of client sample testing and reporting.
- Maintain proper laboratory documentation and records as per regulatory requirements.
Required Skills
- Candidate Profile:
- 10–11 years of relevant experience in Pharmaceutical QC / Analytical Testing Laboratory / Public Testing Laboratory.
- Strong hands-on experience in analytical instruments and pharmaceutical testing.
- Valuable knowledge of GMP, GLP, OOS/OOT and analytical documentation.
- Good communication, documentation and team-handling skills.
- Candidates with experience in NABL-accredited / reputed testing laboratories will be preferred
