Responsibilities

- Co-ordination with internal dept. Architect, structural, consultant, site team for smooth completion of project.

- Good understanding of architectural and structural drawings and design intent.

- Detailing of UG &
- OH Tank, and sections and sleeve layout.

- Preparing MEP coordinated layout &

- Sections.

- Preparation of Terrace looping and down take Layout for water supply pipe.

- Preparation of Internal water supply pipe layout.

- Preparation of Internal Drainage pipe layout.

- Preparation of External Wastewater network, with pipeline levels matching the surrounding sewage main lines.

- Routing of the pipelines for Sewage &

- Water supply.

- Co-ordinated drawing for SWD, drainage &

- RWH at ground level.

- Preparation of plumbing &

- Fire Fighting schematic Layout.

- Preparation of AC layouts VRF &

- Split ACs, Added advantage if knowledge on chilled water system HVAC layout.

- Added advantage if knowledge on calculations.

- Preparing MOEF &

- HRC Layouts.

- Coordinate with Electrical and HVAC system as per requirement.

- Preparation of Fire Fighting Shop Drawing of Shaft Detail Layout.

- Preparation of Isometric Using Piping Layout.

- Preparation of Fire Fighting Shop Drawing of External Hydrant Layout.

- Preparing Fire Hydrants &

- Sprinkler Layouts.





- Preparation of Builders works (Slab & wall openings).

- Preparing Qty Take of sheet &

- BOM.

- Documentation - Project-wise Filing &

- Scanning.

- Site Visited &

- Site Issue Resolved.

- Good understanding of local design standards, code & local authority requirements.

- Added advantage of having knowledge on design calculation.

- Review DBR &

- Concept design reports for MEP Systems.

- Monitoring the Schedules for Drawing Submittal.

- Resolving RFI (Request For Information) received from site.

Qualifications &

- Experience

- Minimum 12th Passed.

- Completed ITI draftsman Course &
- Positive Auto CAD Knowledge, skill.

- Basic Revit MEP course.

- Advantage - Diploma.

- Experience: Core Design Experience Min 8 to 10 years in Mechanical services - Public Health Engineering, Fire Fighting &

- HVAC Services in MEP real-estate industry. Grade A Developer in India.
