Summary Are you an experienced Supply Chain professional with expertise in Logistics, Warehousing, Transportation, and Distribution Operations? We are looking for professionals with strong experience in Warehouse Management, O2C, Inventory Control, TMS, WMS, SAP, and Logistics Transformation to drive operational excellence, cost optimization, and service improvements across a large FMCG distribution network.

Responsibilities

- Managing end-to-end logistics, warehousing, and distribution operations across RDCs, DCs, and C&F; locations.
- Driving inventory control, cycle counts, physical audits, and ensuring accurate SAP reconciliation.
- Optimizing transportation, freight management, vehicle utilization, and vendor performance to improve cost and service levels.
- Leading logistics transformation initiatives, including TMS, WMS, process improvements, and SOP implementation.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver operational excellence, compliance, reporting, and continuous supply chain improvements.

Requirements

- Possessing 5-10 years of experience in Logistics, Warehousing, Supply Chain, or Distribution within the FMCG industry.
- Demonstrating strong expertise in O2C processes, inventory management, transportation, freight operations, and warehouse management.
- Working hands-on with SAP, TMS, WMS, MS Excel,



Power BI, and data analytics tools.
- Exhibiting strong analytical, stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
