Job Summary The Senior Executive – Business Development reporting to the GM – BD is responsible for end-to-end business development of Nutraceutical Ingredients, Probiotics and aligned activities. The role involves close coordination with Commercial teams, Business Development, Current Product Launch, Quality and Product Life Cycle Management to ensure effective customer management. Additionally, the position supports key business processes aimed at continuous improvement and revenue growth.

Job Responsibilities

- Supporting the Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) model by maintaining a close relationship with all Partners and provide support to how performance metrics and service expectations can be met.

- Communicate all BD information necessary and in a timely manner to ensure New Product launches.

- Engage in all Business development activities to ensure service to current as well as new customers to align with the market dynamics





- Responsible for supporting the Inventory management process, including target setting, stock maintenance, projections, disposals

- Collaborate and participate in New Product Launch and Life Cycle management Projects.

- Works in a safe manner collaborating as a team member to achieve all outcomes.

- All other relevant duties as assigned.

Requirement

- Minimum 3 year of experience in Nutra/Probiotics Industry

- Pharma/Science Graduate or Postgraduate

- Good Communication Skills

- Well versed with Microsoft Suit

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
