Whistling Woods International (WWI) is India’s premier Film, Communication & Creative Arts Institute. Since its inception in 2006, WWI has successfully delivered world-class education in all creative and technical aspects of filmmaking. Located inside Mumbai’s Filmcity Complex, students receive hands-on instruction in the discipline they want to pursue.

We are currently looking for a fantastic team member to join as a Senior Executive - Admissions (Sales) in our Admissions department.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Coordinate the processing of all student applications from submission to outcome, to ensure that applications are treated in a timely manner and within the standards set by the institute
- Advice students about the programs offered, admission procedure, eligibility, and costs involved.
- To undertake application conversion activities, including telephone campaigns and individual consultations
- Participate in all student acquisition events, school fairs, information sessions, exhibitions, school visits and off-campus events.




- Reviewing applications to determine whether students meet the institute's academic standards and other eligibility requirements
- Working with prospective students to understand their needs and answer questions about the application process or school programs
- Managing events related to student acquisition, presenting at information sessions and other events to promote WWI
- Develop innovative communication strategies, student recruitment strategies, and enrolment plans in coordination with senior management to attract and enrol more students.

Skill Sets Required :

- Minimum 4 years of work experience in Student Counselling/ Admission Counselling
- End-to-end student enrollment
- Good Communication skills

Job Location: Goregaon East Timings: 10.30 am - 6.30 pm
