Role Description

This is a full-time,on-site role for a Senior Executive Accounts based in Cochin/Calicut. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Executive - Accounts to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting knowledge with hands-on experience in preparing financial statements, managing account reconciliations, and handling end-to-end accounting processes.

The role requires ensuring accurate financial recording, maintaining statutory compliance,



and supporting management with timely financial reports and analysis.

Candidates with experience in UAE Accounting, UAE VAT compliance, and accounting software/ERP systems will be given preference. Qualifications

Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and accounting standards.

Proven experience in preparing financial statements and finalization of accounts.

Expertise in account reconciliations, general ledger accounting, and month-end/year-end closing activities.

Hands-on experience with accounting software and ERP systems such as Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and reporting.

Experience in UAE Accounting and UAE VAT regulations will be a distinct advantage.

Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

CA Inter / CMA Inter / ACCA qualification is mandatory.

Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in accounting and finance functions.
