Job Summary





The Commercial Title Examiner performs advanced title examinations and analysis for complex commercial real estate transactions. This role requires a high degree of accuracy, sound judgment, and deep knowledge of title matters to ensure the delivery of transparent, comprehensive, and high-quality title products. The examiner will focus on understanding customer needs, addressing niche commercial requirements, and ensuring optimal quality and cost efficiency while supporting First American’s standards for service excellence.
