The team focuses on providing personalized guidance and comprehensive support to learners pursuing overseas education.

Role Description The Senior Europe Counsellor will provide expert guidance to students seeking higher education opportunities in European countries, including Germany, France, Italy, Malta, and other key destinations. This full time, on-site role is based in Hyderabad and involves meeting prospective students and families, assessing academic profiles, and recommending suitable programs, universities, and application strategies. The counsellor will manage end-to-end counselling, including application timelines, documentation support, visa guidance, and coordination with partner institutions, while maintaining accurate records in internal systems.





Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting one-on-one counselling sessions, delivering information sessions or seminars, collaborating with test-prep teams, and working with colleagues to achieve student enrolment and satisfaction goals. The role also includes staying updated on European education policies, admission requirements, and scholarships, and contributing to promotional activities and outreach initiatives.

Qualifications Strong counselling and advisory skills, with the ability to assess student profiles and recommend appropriate European study options.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills for engaging with students, families, and institutional partners.

Solid organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple applications, deadlines, and detailed documentation.

Knowledge of European higher education systems, admission processes, and visa procedures; prior experience in study abroad counselling is highly preferred.

Proficiency in using office productivity tools and CRM or student management systems to maintain accurate records and follow-up actions.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in any discipline;

qualifications in education, counselling, or international relations are advantageous.

Comfort working in an on-site, student-facing environment in Hyderabad, with flexibility to support events, seminars, and extended counselling sessions as needed.
