Job Summary To be responsible for the installation, technical administration, tuning, and monitoring of the ERP applications across multiple modules & integrations while meeting consistent quality requirements and timelines.

Requirement / Skill

Type 8 years of overall IT experience

Must to have

Strong hands-on experience in SAP Basis Administration

Experience in SAP system installation, configuration, and upgrades

Knowledge of SAP NetWeaver architecture

Experience in SAP S/4HANA and ECC system administration





Hands-on experience with system monitoring and performance tuning

Experience in transport management (TMS)

Knowledge of SAP kernel upgrades and patches

Experience in database administration (HANA/Oracle/DB2)

User administration and role management

Knowledge of SAP backups, restores, and disaster recovery

Experience in troubleshooting system issues and root cause analysis

Understanding of SAP security and compliance concepts

Experience with OS (Linux/Windows) at system level

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience with SAP Solution Manager

Nice to have

Knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP for SAP hosting)

Exposure to automation tools and scripting (Shell, Python)

Experience in SAP Basis on cloud (SAP BTP, RISE with SAP)

Familiarity with ITIL processes

Experience in High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery setups

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Key Responsibilities

- To manages the overall ERP environment, including multiple modules and integrations.
- To monitor occurrences of recent software releases, support packs and kernel upgrades and how these affect the application and users.
- Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement and optimization across the ERP system, aligning with business goals.
- To perform troubleshooting for complex technical issues at the ERP and database level.
- To stay updated on emerging ERP technology trends and transfer knowledge to the team members.
