We are seeking a technically skilled and detail-oriented engineering professional with 2–8 years of aviation experience to join our Engineering Services team at LTSI, supporting a range of engineering activities within the Aircraft MRO environment for Lufthansa Technik Services India. In this role, you will leverage SAP and regulatory documentation to streamline technical evaluations, support customer engineering teams, and contribute to digital transformation initiatives. You will also play a key role in managing component technical analysis, evaluating and maintaining eligible aircraft models, engine versions, and components for alternate parts, and driving continuous process improvements.

Responsibilities

- Analyze engineering data to prepare technical reports, support reliability reviews and support ad-hoc technical requests from stakeholders.

- Conduct technical assessments and evaluations of aircraft models, engine versions, and components for alternate parts using SAP and regulatory documents (PMA, EASA and FAA). Perform detailed analysis to identify and resolve discrepancies or missing information in aircraft eligibility records; prepare and draft PMA Extension Letters for submission to the FAA.

Qualifications

:

- Educational Background
- bachelor’s degree in aerospace, Aeronautical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

- Industry Experience

- 2–8 years of experience in the aviation domain (OEM or MRO setting preferred).

- Hands-on experience or exposure to aviation technical documentation (AMMs, CMMs, SBs, ADs etc.).

- Strong understanding of aircraft and engine systems, component lifecycle, reliability, and regulatory compliance.

Experience in working with alternate parts (PMA/DER).

- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.

- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, and data handling tools such as Power BI.
