Requirements Qualification: BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Experience 3 to 5 years of relevant experience

Industry Preference Power Transformer industry only Technical Skills & Knowledge Commodity & Manufacturing Process Knowledge: Knowledge of various commodities including machined ferrous and non-ferrous parts, sheet metal components, welded parts, and castings.

Understanding of surface treatment processes such as:

Zinc Plating

Hot Dip Galvanizing (HDG)

Heat Treatment

Nitriding

Quality Systems & Supplier Management Experience in handling measuring instruments.

Strong knowledge of CAPA and 8D problem-solving methodologies.

Working knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS).

Experience in conducting supplier audits and follow-up of corrective actions.
