Role & responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and monitor preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities to achieve maximum equipment uptime.
- Lead maintenance activities for Paint Shop, Utility Systems, and Electroplating equipment.
- Operate and maintain ETP, STP, RO, and DM plants in compliance with statutory and environmental requirements.
- Perform troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot and modify PLC-controlled systems; programming knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Lead machinery installation, commissioning, and validation of current equipment.
- Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of diesel burner systems and associated utilities.
- Conduct condition monitoring and implement predictive maintenance techniques to improve equipment reliability.
- Plan and supervise fabrication and modification activities for process improvements.




- Drive continuous improvement, Kaizen and cost-saving initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Lead a team of technicians and contractors by allocating work, monitoring performance, and developing technical competencies.
- Maintain maintenance records, equipment history, spare parts inventory, and documentation.
- Coordinate with production, quality, EHS, and other cross-functional teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Support root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for recurring equipment failures.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality management systems.
