Responsible for material planning and scheduling to support production and project requirementsEnsure on-time delivery performance for domestic and/or import procurement.

Coordinate closely with suppliers for order execution, delivery schedules, documentation, and issue resolution.

Perform AP booking and support finance for timely payment processing Handle supplier rejections, discrepancies, and corrective actions. Ensure compliance with procurement process workflows, purchasing policies, and procedures.





Adhere to company ethics and integrity guidelines.

Manage inventory in line with defined rules, norms, and controls Track and achieve assigned KPIs. Perform supplier account reconciliation, including free-issue material reconciliation Support recovery of COPQ (Cost of Poor Quality). Handle settlement of claims and disputes with suppliers.
