About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Senior Engineer with strong expertise in Java and Microservices development to build and support scalable, high-performance banking and payments technology solutions.
In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain cloud-ready distributed applications that process business-critical transactions, integrate with enterprise platforms, and deliver secure, reliable, and seamless digital experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment, contribute to architecture and development initiatives, and solve complex challenges related to scalability, performance, resiliency, and system integration while leveraging up-to-date software engineering best practices.
Required Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Java Development .
- Experience with Spring Boot or Spring Cloud , and related frameworks.
- Experience developing and maintaining Microservices-based applications .
- Solid understanding of REST APIs and distributed systems architecture.
- Familiarity with messaging frameworks such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Experience in code review, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Proficiency with source control tools such as Git .
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with a strong delivery-focused approach.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience working on banking or payment domain highly preferred.
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
