Role & responsibilities

- Conduct inspection and quality checks of all finishing works, including plastering, flooring, painting, waterproofing, tiling, joinery, and related activities.

- Monitor day-to-day site activities and ensure work execution as per approved drawings and specifications.

- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and client representatives for timely completion of works.

- Identify defects, monitor corrective actions, and ensure adherence to quality standards.

- Prepare inspection reports and maintain project documentation.

- Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and project timelines.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification:

- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.

Experience:

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building construction and finishing works.

Critical Skills Required:

- Expertise in inspection and quality control of all types of finishing works.

- Robust site supervision and execution management skills.

- Ability to review drawings, specifications, and method statements.

- Good coordination, reporting, and communication skills.

- Knowledge of construction quality standards and safety practices.
