We are looking for an experienced Electrical QS & Billing Engineer to handle client billing, subcontractor billing, and quantity verification activities for HT (up to 33KV) and LT electrical projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit client RA bills and invoices.
- Follow up with clients for invoice approvals and payment collection.
- Process subcontractor bills and work orders as per project progress.
- Verify executed quantities and certify subcontractor billing.
- Coordinate with execution and planning teams for monthly billing targets.
- Maintain billing records and reconciliation statements.
- Submit billing-related documents to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Visit project sites for quantity verification and billing validation.
- Ensure timely submission of bills to accounts for invoicing and payments.
Required Skills
- Experience in Electrical QS & Billing for HT/LT projects.
- Knowledge of industrial, commercial, and residential electrical projects.
- Hands-on experience in SAP/ERP systems.
- Positive understanding of project billing and quantity estimation.
- Strong negotiation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to perform billing reconciliations and payment follow-ups.
Candidate Profile
- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (EEE).
- 4+ years of experience in Electrical QS & Billing.
- Experience in HT (up to 33KV) and LT electrical projects is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel frequently to project sites.
