Key Activities: Prepare and review design documents for transmission and distribution systems, including MV/LV cables, substations, road lighting, traffic signals, and ITS infrastructure.

Coordinate and deliver designs in compliance with RTA, DEWA, TAQA, DU, Etisalat, and other relevant authority standards and approval processes.

Undertake road lighting and traffic signal design in accordance with CIE standards, Dubai regulations, and project-specific requirements.

Support the design and coordination of 132kV transmission lines and towers, including OHTL clearances, ROW considerations, and interface management.

Manage utility coordination, power supply applications, NOCs, and building permit submissions through all project phases.

Review and specify cable installation methods, including direct-buried installations, duct banks, HDD,



and thrust boring crossings.

Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams (roads, structures, drainage, ITS, telecoms) to ensure fully integrated and constructible solutions.

Assist in project planning, risk management, and technical reviews to ensure projects meet scope, budget, quality, and schedule objectives.

Prepare and contribute to technical reports, specifications, tender documents, and proposals for transmission and distribution projects.

Provide technical guidance and leadership, support knowledge sharing within the team, and maintain solid working relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
