Job Summary

Entry-level support role focused on basic certificate-related tasks and customer interactions

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor certificate requests and route to appropriate teams.
- Provide initial triage for certificate issues (e.g., expired certs, basic validation errors).
- Assist users with submitting Certificate Signing Requests (CSRs).
- Maintain ticketing system updates and escalate as needed.
- Follow documented procedures for common tasks.
