We are looking for a Senior Endur Developer with 10-18 years of IT experience, including extensive expertise in OpenLink Endur development within Energy Trading & Commodity Risk Management (ETRM/CTRM).

The ideal candidate will lead the design and implementation of scalable Endur solutions, provide technical leadership, and collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver robust trading applications across Gas, Power, and LNG markets.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, customization, and implementation of OpenLink Endur solutions for global energy trading businesses.
- Architect scalable and high-performance Endur applications aligned with enterprise standards and business requirements.
- Develop advanced solutions using OpenJVS, AVS/APM, OpenComponents, and Endur APIs.
- Design and implement complex workflows, business process automation, and Endur customizations.
- Lead integration development using Connex, messaging frameworks, APIs, and external systems.
- Provide technical ownership of Endur modules including :
- Deal Capture & Deal Modeling
- Trade Lifecycle Management
- Settlements
- Risk Management
- Front Office (FO)
- Middle Office (MO)
- Back Office (BO)
- Work closely with traders, risk analysts, operations teams, and business analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Design and optimize database objects, SQL queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning activities.
- Perform code reviews and establish development standards, best practices, and coding guidelines.
- Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, production support, and performance optimization of Endur applications.
- Support Endur upgrades, platform migrations,



patch implementations, and environment management.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance across Endur development initiatives.
- Prepare technical design documents, deployment documentation, integration specifications, and support runbooks.
- Manage source control, CI/CD pipelines, release management, and deployment automation using Azure DevOps.
- Collaborate with solution architects and enterprise technology teams on application architecture and integration strategies.

Required Skills :

- 10-18 years of overall IT experience with robust hands-on expertise in OpenLink Endur Development.
- Extensive experience in ETRM/CTRM implementations within Gas, Power, and LNG trading.

- Experience supporting Endur production environments, incident management, and application performance tuning.
- Strong analytical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
