Position: Senior Electronic Engineer Production Department

Job Profile:

1. Lead PCB assembly, testing, calibration, and validation of electronic products.

2. Analyze and troubleshoot product failures, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.

3. Read and interpret electronic schematics, circuit diagrams, and technical documentation.

4. Perform advanced instrument testing, debugging, fault finding, and performance verification.

5. Guide and support production technicians to ensure quality and productivity targets are achieved.

6. Ensure adherence to production processes, quality standards, and safety requirements.

7. Utilize measuring instruments and test equipment effectively for inspection and verification activities.

8. Coordinate with Quality, R&D;, and Production teams for process improvements and new product implementation.

9. Maintain production records, test reports, and technical documentation.

10. Solid knowledge of electronic components, manufacturing processes, and electronic testing
