We are seeking a skilled and self-driven Senior .NET & SQL Developer to join our technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise web applications, building robust ETL pipelines using SSIS, creating complex business reports via SSRS, and ensuring high availability through proactive system support and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate possesses deep backend and database proficiency, a sharp eye for performance optimization, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development: Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications and services using .NET Framework / .NET Core and C#.

Database Engineering: Write and optimize advanced T-SQL queries, stored procedures, views, indexes, and triggers within Microsoft SQL Server.

ETL & Data Integration: Build, schedule, monitor, and troubleshoot SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) packages for seamless data migration and integration.

Application & Production Support: Provide tier-2/tier-3 application support, diagnose root causes for production errors, resolve data discrepancies, and optimize slow-running queries and reports.

Collaboration & SDLC:



Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and quality assurance teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions following Agile methodologies.

Code Quality & Documentation: Participate in code reviews, maintain version control (Git/TFS), and write clear technical documentation for architecture and deployment processes.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Qualifications: Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering (MSc (IT), MCA, BE)

Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of software development experience specializing in the Microsoft technology stack (.NET and SQL Server).

Core .NET Technologies: Proficient in C#, ASP.NET / .NET Core, Web API / MVC, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.

Database & SQL Expertise: Advanced knowledge of MS SQL Server design, query tuning, and performance troubleshooting.

Strong, hands-on experience developing data pipelines using SSIS.

Support Mindset: Demonstrated experience troubleshooting production application blocks, monitoring scheduled database jobs, and fixing data load failures under tight SLAs.

Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong verbal and written communication to interact directly with business partners. Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and migrating on-premises databases/SSIS packages to the cloud.

Exposure to up-to-date reporting tools like Power BI.

Familiarity with CI/CD deployment pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
