· Interact with Supervisors and Owner Leads to understand work requirements
· Adhere to GP Mumbai ISO standards and Owner Document Control work processes
· Input logging, quality checks, and distribution of documents as per the RACI/Distribution Matrix
· Prepare weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly document control reports
· Manage document check-in/check-out activities and reserve tag numbers
· Ensure compliance with document control standards and regulations
· Work independently and collaboratively with teams
· Manage Document Control activities using Document Management Systems (DMS)
Required Skills
· 6–10 years of experience in Document Control activities
· Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with Document Management Systems (DMS)
· Good understanding of industry document management standards and work processes
· Ability to interpret technical information from documents
· Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
· Ability to coordinate effectively with various teams and stakeholders
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
