As a Senior DevOps Engineer based in Dubai, you will serve as the backbone of our technical operations, bridging the gap between software development and IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for architecting, deploying, and maintaining high-availability systems that power our core business applications. Working in close collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams, product managers, and stakeholders, you will drive the automation of our delivery pipelines to ensure seamless releases.
Your work directly impacts the scalability and reliability of our platform, ensuring that our end-users experience consistent, high-performance service as we expand our footprint in the Middle East market.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and implement robust CI/CD pipelines to accelerate software delivery cycles and reduce time-to-market for new features.
- Manage and scale complex cloud computing environments to ensure optimal resource utilization and cost-efficiency for the business.
- Orchestrate containerized applications using Kubernetes to maintain high availability and fault tolerance across production environments.
- Automate routine IT operations and infrastructure provisioning to minimize manual intervention and human error.
- Monitor system performance and security, proactively addressing bottlenecks to provide a stable experience for our global client base.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale cloud infrastructure with a deep understanding of architectural best practices.
- Proven ability to script and automate complex workflows using Python to enhance operational efficiency.
- Strong proficiency in container orchestration and cluster management, specifically within Kubernetes ecosystems.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate technical requirements into actionable business strategies for non-technical stakeholders.

- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, supported by 5 - 10 years of hands-on experience in DevOps and infrastructure engineering.
