Senior Design Manager - Architecture We are seeking an experienced and technically robust Senior Design Manager with expertise in BIM/Revit and AutoCAD, and proven experience in High-Rise Residential and Commercial developments. The ideal candidate will have 6-12 years of architectural experience and a strong background in leading projects from concept through construction documentation using BIM-driven workflows. Key Responsibilities
Lead architectural design and delivery for High-Rise Residential & Commercial projects.
Drive BIM implementation using Revit across all design phases.
Develop, review, and coordinate detailed BIM models with structural.
Ensure high-quality production of drawings and documentation in Revit and AutoCAD.
Conduct design reviews and ensure compliance with local building regulations.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
Provide technical support during construction and resolve site-related design issues.
Lead and mentor internal design teams to maintain documentation standards and timelines.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
6-12 years of professional experience.
Strong experience in High-Rise Residential and Commercial projects.
Proven leadership in managing design teams and project coordination.
Technical Skills
Advanced proficiency in Revit (BIM modeling & coordination).
Strong command of AutoCAD.
Experience in BIM-based project delivery and consultant coordination.
Knowledge of local building codes and construction documentation standards.
