Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Design Engineer – HVAC to lead and manage HVAC system design for pharmaceutical and cleanroom projects. The role requires robust expertise in HVAC design, regulatory compliance, and project coordination within GMP-regulated environments. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and review HVAC systems for cleanrooms, pharma manufacturing facilities, and controlled environments.

Prepare and review HVAC layouts, ducting designs, load calculations, and BOQs.

Ensure compliance with GMP, WHO, USFDA, EU guidelines, and other regulatory standards.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams including architecture, electrical, process, and project teams.

Review technical specifications, drawings, and vendor submissions.

Support project execution teams with design clarifications and site-related queries.

Conduct design validations, audits, and documentation.





Optimize system design for energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field)

8 – 10 years of experience in HVAC design, preferably in pharma/cleanroom projects

Strong knowledge of HVAC design principles, air handling systems, and cleanroom classifications

Experience working with GMP and regulatory compliance standards
