Design

Engineer is to carry out all the activities of product development starting from design input documentation till design output documentation.

Sr.

Design

Engineer shall ensure that the product reaches the required quality standard by participating in DVT, PVT processes and by driving continuous field performance improvement.

In addition, Sr.

Design

Engineer shall help manufacturing in making the product cost effective by involving in process engineering and value engineering. Key responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end product development: Electrical, Mechanical, Software design, wiring & testing

Organize design verification through EVT, and ensure IATF-compliant design documentation





Participate in DVT & PVT processes to strengthen product design

Drive continuous improvement through field performance analysis

Benchmark designs against best-in-class and drive improvements

Support Manufacturing with jigs, fixtures, ICTs & ATEs for ease of production

Drive material cost optimization through alternate makes / alternate engineering

Contribute to building a solid team and robust infrastructure
