Senior Data Security Consultant

Location: India

Experience: 5+ Years We are looking for an experienced Data Security professional to lead and support enterprise data protection initiatives. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on expertise in Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Proxy/Web Security, and compliance-driven security implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage enterprise DLP solutions across Endpoint, Email, Web, and Cloud channels

Administer and optimize Web/Proxy security tools (Zscaler, Forcepoint, Netskope, etc.)

Manage the complete DLP policy lifecycle (policy creation, tuning, incident analysis, remediation)

Conduct risk assessments and support internal/external security audits

Develop and enforce data security policies aligned with regulatory requirements

Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, SOC, Risk,



and Compliance teams

Provide recommendations to enhance overall data protection posture

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in Data Security / Information Security

Strong hands-on experience with DLP tools (Forcepoint, Symantec, Microsoft Purview, Netskope, Trellix, McAfee, etc.)

Experience with Proxy/Web Security solutions

Understanding of data classification, sensitivity labels, and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, GDPR, PCI-DSS, RBI, etc.)

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

Good to Have

Experience with DRM or CASB solutions

Relevant certifications (SC-400, SC-200, CEH, CISSP, etc.)
