The Data Science

Engineer will work in Development to support data analysis, creation of reports & dashboards, communication and training for our key data science programs. This position involves end to end data science work from identifying questions & use cases, to conducting analyses, and also helping teams understand and use data for decision-making. Responsibilities Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Development teams to identify business questions and translate them into data-driven analyses.

Leverage Agentic AI workflows to analyze, clean, and transform raw data and produce reliable datasets for reporting and modeling.





Develop and maintain dashboards and reports (Power BI, MATLAB) to communicate key insights and business trends.

Build statistical, machine learning, and NLP/LLM-based models to analyze both quantitative and qualitative data, understand user behavior, identify usage patterns, and answer business questions.

Communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders and support product improvement actions.

Minimum Qualifications A bachelor's degree and 6 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree and 3 years of professional work experience, or a PhD degree, or equivalent experience) is required.

Additional Qualifications

Solid knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and querying large datasets

Experience programming in Python, R, or MATLAB

Basic understanding of statistics, probability, machine learning, and metrics design

Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau

Ability to communicate technical topics to diverse audiences
