We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Engineer (Technical Lead) to lead and support production data pipelines on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience in data engineering, production support, team leadership, and pipeline optimization.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the Data Engineering team.
Manage and support production data pipelines on GCP.
Troubleshoot and resolve pipeline failures and data issues.
Optimize SQL queries, Airflow DAGs, and data workflows.
Ensure smooth production deployments with proper testing and change management.
Implement automation and process improvements using Python and SQL.
Collaborate with global teams and provide overlap with US working hours.
Required Experience
10+ years of Data Engineering experience.
Strong hands-on expertise in Google BigQuery, Python, and Apache Airflow.
Experience with Data Lake, Data Warehouse, and ETL pipelines.
Knowledge of production support, incident management, and ITIL processes.
Experience leading technical teams is mandatory.
Preferred Skills
Kimball Data Warehouse Modeling (Star Schema, Dimensions & Facts)
Experience with Salesforce data integration
Experience working with offshore/global teams
