About The Role We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer to join our agile team on a full time remote basis. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys tackling complex data challenges and taking ownership from initial design through to deployment. As a key member of our data engineering team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable data pipelines on Microsoft Azure Fabric, optimizing data workflows, and collaborating closely with both technical and business stakeholders.

The position offers flexibility to work from anywhere within India, providing a unique opportunity to contribute to innovative AI solutions in a remote setting.

Qualifications Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Engineer, demonstrating a strong track record of delivering enterprise-grade data solutions.

Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure Fabric, Databricks, and Azure data services such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, and Azure SQL.

Deep understanding of SQL, data modeling concepts, and data warehousing techniques.

Proficiency in building robust data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data integration solutions for structured and unstructured data.

Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Spark, or similar technologies is preferred.

Experience working with cloud-based data platforms in production environments, ensuring reliability and scalability.





Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable data pipelines using Microsoft Azure Fabric, ensuring seamless data flow across systems.

Build and optimize ETL/ELT processes for both structured and unstructured data, aligning with business requirements.

Collaborate with business teams to gather data requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

Implement performance tuning and cost-optimization strategies to enhance data processing workflows.

Leverage AI-assisted development tools and up-to-date engineering practices to accelerate delivery and improve solution quality.

Troubleshoot production issues promptly, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.

Engage with architects, data analysts, and software developers throughout the project lifecycle to ensure cohesive and productive data solutions.

Maintain documentation, adhere to best practices, and ensure compliance with data governance policies.
